Job Summary
The Marketing Supervisor will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing strategies to support business growth. This role involves managing brand initiatives, executing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue across multiple channels including retail, food service, and e-commerce.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with company objectives
- Oversee brand management and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
- Collaborate with Sales, E-commerce, and Operations teams to support revenue targets
- Manage digital marketing efforts including social media, content, and online campaigns
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance and key marketing metrics
- Supervise marketing staff and coordinate with external agencies or vendors
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 35 years relevant experience in marketing
- Experience in FMCG, food industry, or retail is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and campaign execution
- Proficient in managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop
- Experience in campaign planning, promotions, and platform analytics for online marketplaces
- Proficient in data analysis and performance tracking
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong project management abilities
