Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist (Offshore - US Account) who will play a key role in supporting our overall marketing strategy. This role ensures campaigns run efficiently, data stays accurate, and performance insights are delivered consistently. You will collaborate with internal teams, manage digital assets, and support omnichannel marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Operations & Digital Execution

  • Implement and monitor highimpact marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
  • Create digital assets including landing pages, webpages, ads, and graphic creatives.
  • Support paid media and email marketing operations.
  • Track campaign performance using UTMs and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, ad platform reports).
  • Manage CRM systems and lead lifecycle processes using marketing automation platforms.

Competitive Intelligence & Content Support

  • Conduct research to understand customer demographics, market trends, and product portfolio insights.
  • Support development of compelling content such as value propositions, thought leadership materials, case studies, and blogs.

Visual Marketing & Storytelling

  • Create complex visual content using advanced graphics tools.
  • Apply storytelling techniques to elevate campaign quality and impact.

Event Management

  • Coordinate and manage entries for global award programs (e.g., Stevie Awards, Globee Awards).
  • Ensure timely preparation and submission of event requirements.

Qualifications

  • 3 - 5+ years in marketing operations or digital marketing execution.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot marketing automation.
  • Strong understanding of CRM and lead lifecycle processes.
  • Solid experience with UTMs, campaign tracking, and analytics platforms.
  • Advanced Excel skills (reporting, data analysis).
  • Experience supporting paid media and email operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and process orientation.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
