This role focuses on executing and optimizing marketing campaigns within HubSpot. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and enjoys building, testing, and improving marketing workflows and assets to support marketing and sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and launch email campaigns, workflows, and nurturing sequences in HubSpot.
- Create landing pages, forms, CTAs, and manage audience segmentation and lead scoring.
- Execute A/B tests to improve campaign performance.
- Maintain CRM data hygiene, tagging, and lead tracking.
- Support integrations, tracking codes, and ensure assets follow brand/email best practices.
- Monitor KPIs (email engagement, conversions, lead flow, page performance) and prepare performance reports.
- Identify workflow issues or underperforming campaigns and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience (Marketing Hub required).
- Experience building marketing emails, sequences, workflows, and automation.
- Understanding of segmentation, lead capture, A/B testing, and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Familiarity with HubSpot Analytics and Google Analytics.
Nice-to-Have:
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
- Experience supporting marketing and sales alignment (lead routing, lists, lifecycle stages).
