We're looking for an experienced Marketing Operations Specialist to be the right hand to our Head of Marketing. You'll own the systems, automation, and data infrastructure that power our marketing engine, turning strategy into executed campaigns that drive real pipeline.
This is a hands-on execution role with real responsibility. You'll work closely with the Head of Marketing to bring campaigns to life, build automated workflows that nurture leads through the funnel, and ensure our CRM and reporting are accurate and actionable. What you'll do
Marketing automation and CRM ownership
- Execute and optimise HubSpot campaigns across the full customer lifecycle: email nurtures, automated workflows, lead scoring and promotional campaigns
- Own CRM hygiene, ensuring data accuracy, proper segmentation, and clean lead routing
- Set up and manage automated lead list building using AI-powered tools like Clay and Instantly to support our outbound sales efforts
Landing pages and campaign execution
- Build and optimise landing pages
- Execute outbound email campaigns and nurture sequences aligned to our ICPs, industries, and geographic markets
- Ensure campaigns are properly tracked and attributed across all channels
Product-led workflows
- Use Mixpanel or similar tool to understand user behaviour and product engagement
- Build automated workflows triggered by in-app actions, such as onboarding sequences, activation nudges, and re-engagement campaigns
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to align product and marketing data for smarter targeting
Analytics and reporting
- Track and report on key marketing metrics across HubSpot, GA4, Mixpanel, and our broader martech stack
- Analyse audience behaviour, traffic sources, and conversion paths to surface insights that inform campaign decisions
- Understand our customers, ICPs, and geographic nuances to ensure targeting and segmentation are meaningful, not mechanical
- Troubleshoot integrations and resolve data discrepancies as they arise
What you bring
Must-haves:
- 5+ years of hands-on marketing operations or automation experience in B2B SaaS
- Proven ability to build and optimise HubSpot marketing campaigns (not just use HubSpot, but build workflows from scratch, troubleshoot issues, and drive measurable results)
- Strong working knowledge of GA4 (audience insights, conversion tracking, traffic analysis)
- Ability to build landing pages in WordPress/Elementor
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
- Experience in using AI to gain insights and scale outputs in a marketing platforms context - i.e. Claude or similar
- A fast learner who picks up new tools and systems quickly. We're an AI-first organisation and expect you to embrace new technology, experiment with AI-powered tools, and continuously look for smarter ways to work
- Genuine curiosity about our customers, product, and industry. You'll need to understand our ICPs and what makes different segments tick
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work autonomously once given direction
Highly valued:
- Experience with Clay, Instantly or similar AI-powered prospecting and enrichment tools
- Familiarity with multi-market global campaigns
- Experience in logistics, SaaS, or B2B tech industries
- Experience with product analytics tools like Mixpanel to build behaviour-based workflows
