Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-driven Marketing Operations Manager to support the execution of our strategic marketing, thought leadership, and event campaigns. You will serve as the operational glue between content creation, design, video, social media, and event teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to brand standard.
This is not a traditional Project Management role — it requires the ability to translate strategic vision into detailed execution, provide first-pass quality control, and own the project management tool (ClickUp) and communication systems that keep a high-performing team synchronized.
Key Responsibilities
Weekly Operational Planning & Execution
- Compile all weekly tasks per person in ClickUp
- Create, assign, and monitor all ClickUp tasks across teams (marketing, design, web,
- video)
- Coordinate dependencies and deadlines across campaigns, social calendar, events, and ad-hoc projects
1:1 Team Alignment
- Conduct weekly 1:1 meetings with each team member (e.g., designer, videographer, web developer, editor, content calendar manager)
- Review current tasks, clarify deliverables, and align priorities based on your manager's
- strategic input
- Resolve blockers, re-prioritize as needed, and ensure accountability
- Work closely with the Creative Lead for the completion of graphic and video deliverables
Review Management & Validation
Perform first-pass validation of all tasks outside the content calendar:
- Marketing campaigns (e.g., Gala, Newsletters, Makers & Movers)
- Video drafts, graphics, infographics, and press materials
- Review all captions and creatives for the social calendar. Escalate only where unsure, for your manager's final validation.
Daily Content Sharing to the Group CEO
- Ensure the Daily content for the Group CEO is ready, according to the content calendar
- Shares & follows up, collects, and manages the feedback implementation
Daily Briefing for your manager
Prepare and consolidate a daily Review Deck or dashboard for your manager:
- Items awaiting approval
- Tasks that are behind schedule or need a decision
- Any content requiring final validation
Events Project Management Support
- Works with vendors: initial meetings, scoping, contracting, and ensuring the scope of work is met (virtual event management, studio recording, photographers, videographers)
- Perform first-pass validation for The content created for the virtual or actual stages for the Gala, respectively, Makers & Movers. All materials that need to be printed (such as badges, brochures, floorplans, table tops, backdrops, etc.)
Desired Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of experience in project management, marketing operations, or creative workflow coordination
- Strong proficiency in ClickUp (or similar task management systems)
- Excellent written communication, attention to detail, and proactive follow-up
- Comfortable working across creative, technical, and executive team layers
- Experience with digital marketing and event campaign flow is a strong plus
