Project Manager - IT Software

We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead complex initiatives and drive successful delivery across multiple teams. If you thrive in an Agile environment and are confident managing projects end to end, we'd love to hear from you.

Non‑Negotiable Skills

• Strong experience in end-to-end project management
• Proficiency in Jira, MS Project, and MS Excel
• Hands-on experience facilitating Agile Scrum ceremonies
• Advanced scheduling and resource planning capabilities
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong expertise in Jira dashboards and sprint planning
• Ability to produce clear, concise project reports and presentations

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of project management experience
• Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification (preferred)
• Power BI proficiency (a plus)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from initiation through closure
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope and objectives
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Create and maintain detailed project plans and timelines
• Monitor progress and proactively manage risks and issues
• Use Jira dashboards to track sprint progress and team performance
• Prepare and deliver status reports and presentations to stakeholders
• Ensure alignment with business goals
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and team collaboration
