About the Role

The Marketing Officer supports the execution of marketing campaigns, events, and promotional initiatives aligned with brand and sales objectives. The role ensures seamless event coordination, supplier management, and performance tracking to deliver high-quality, cost-efficient campaigns.

Working closely with the Sales and Marketing team, the position drives brand awareness, lead generation, and contributes to market analysis and strategy development to support business growth.

Job Responsibilities

Event Coordination & Logistics

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing marketing events, open houses, roadshows, and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate event schedules, venue preparations, manpower, and on-site requirements.
  • Ensure availability of marketing materials, giveaways, and equipment needed for each event.
  • Capture event documentation (photos/videos) and ensure timely submission for marketing use.

Costing, Budget Tracking & Procurement

  • Prepare detailed costing sheets, budget vs. actual reports, and variance analyses for all events and campaigns.
  • Maintain and update logs for expenses, material usage, and approved budgets.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers: request/compare quotations, negotiate costs, review samples, and validate deliveries.
  • Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, and internal teams to ensure timely processing of requisitions and payments.

Marketing Metrics & Data Analysis

  • Track event attendees (total count, segmentation, and attendance vs. target).
  • Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics including reach, impressions, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Update dashboards, weekly trackers, and campaign performance reports.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.

Content Support & Collateral Management

  • Assist in basic editing of photos and videos for marketing materials.
  • Ensure accurate inventory of marketing collaterals, giveaways, and promotional materials.
  • Monitor distribution of materials and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Coordinate with designers, printers, and suppliers for production of marketing assets.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare professional marketing presentations including event recaps, campaign reports, and supplier evaluations.
  • Maintain organized files: costing logs, attendee sheets, quotation records, supplier directories, and inventory trackers.
  • Prepare and submit periodic marketing updates to the Department Head.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Collaborate with internal Sales, Admin, and Operations teams for event and campaign requirements.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, suppliers, media partners, and agencies as needed.
  • Ensure professional representation of the company during events, meetings, and client interactions.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Multimedia Arts, Communications, or related field, with 1–3 years of experience in real estate marketing, property events, or brand activations
  • Strong expertise in property branding, project launches, and end-to-end event lifecycle management to drive brand awareness and lead generation
  • Proficient in marketing principles, strategies, and performance tracking, with advanced skills in MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets)
  • Proven experience in supplier coordination, procurement, and seamless event execution
  • Skilled in developing high-impact presentations, reports, and marketing materials
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, client-facing environments with flexible work requirements
