The Marketing Officer is r esponsible for the end-to-end creative and technical capabilities across multimedia platforms (AV production, digital content, brand assets, and event technology). This includes crafting, editing, and producing high-quality visuals and content, ensuring it is engaging, accurate to support campaigns and aligned with the brand's voice.

Core Responsibilities

  • Defines the creative vision and quality standards for all visual, video, and multimedia outputs. Oversees end-to-end production of brand assets—including graphic design, AV content, digital collaterals, and print materials—ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and the Brand Book across all platforms and touchpoints.
  • Leads the technical planning, setup, and flawless execution of webinars, hybrid events, livestreams, and recordings. Ensures reliable AV infrastructure, platform readiness, and real-time troubleshooting to deliver seamless, professional-grade experiences for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Establishes and maintains efficient production workflows, SLAs, and calendars to ensure timely delivery of all creative and technical outputs. Manages project timelines, approval processes, version control, and documentation while driving continuous process improvements for operational excellence.
  • Manages relationships with external vendors, agencies, and production partners to ensure high-quality deliverables within budget and timelines. Oversees cost optimization, contract coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize creative and technical output while maintaining value for the organization
  • Maintains and enforces the Brand Book, asset libraries, and visual identity standards across all creative outputs. Ensures every deliverable—digital, print, or multimedia—meets brand compliance requirements and upholds quality benchmarks, acting as the gatekeeper for brand consistency and excellence.
  • Adapt content and creative materials to suit different audience preferences and platforms in coordination with Channels Management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree, Graduate of a 4-year course preferably Business or Marketing related with prior experience in marketing, preferably related to the Financial Industry (Trust and Investments, Banking, Insurance)
  • Multimedia production principles (AV, video, graphic design, digital content)
  • Brand identity systems, visual standards, and Brand Book governance
  • Event technology platforms (webinar, livestream, hybrid event infrastructure)
  • Production workflow methodologies, SLAs, and project management frameworks
  • Vendor and agency management practices, procurement, and cost optimization
  • Digital asset management and content management systems
  • Financial services industry regulations and compliance requirements for marketing materials
  • Adaptability & Trend Awareness – Keeping up with evolving content formats, creative trends, and industry best practices.
