Job Title: Business Analyst
Job Type: 3 months Contract
Job Description:
- Experience gathering and analyzing requirements for large-scale, customer‑facing digital platforms (web/mobile) across distributed teams (non‑negotiable).
- Senior Agile delivery BA who can work closely with IT teams across multiple workstreams, owning requirements end‑to‑end from discovery through UAT.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and facilitation skills, able to align business, product, UX, and engineering teams and consistently bring clarity rather than ambiguity.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving, resilience, and ownership — able to break complex problems into manageable parts and remain effective under pressure, blockers, and competing priorities.
- Comfortable operating in multi‑market / regional environments, collaborative in nature, and able to work with distributed teams without becoming a source of friction.
- (Optional) Exposure to CMS / content platforms (e.g., AEM), AI initiatives, or the insurance industry.
