The Marketing Officer supports and executes communication initiatives for the affluent consumer segment. This role will be responsible for creating social media cards, writing and editing direct-to-client communication, and directing creatives to produce on-brand materials. The ideal candidate has strong writing skills, a keen eye for design, and experience in financial services marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop engaging social media cards and visual content for digital channels.
- Write, edit, and proofread direct-to-client communications, including emails, SMS, and promotional materials.Provide direction to creatives and designers to produce high-quality, on-brand marketing assets.
- Review and approve marketing materials to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
- Work closely with the various marketing teams to support multi-channel campaigns.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing communications and social media engagement.
- Use analytics tools to track campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in the banking, financial services, or fintech industry.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in social media management and content creation tools.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and ability to collaborate with creatives.
- Excellent project management and coordination skills.
