We're Hiring: Marketing Officer!

Location: Cavite (Onsite Role)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Cavite for a Marketing Officer. The Marketing Officer will be responsible for conducting market research, developing and executing marketing strategies, managing social media platforms, and coordinating promotional campaigns. They will also contribute to building brand awareness, fostering client relationships, and supporting sales efforts. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives is a key part of this role.

What You'll Do

• Support the Marketing Manager in implementing marketing strategies, campaigns, and events.
• Lead the planning and execution of open houses, community events, and marketing activities.
• Manage the marketing team's daily operations and ensure top-quality output.
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials that stay true to our brand identity.
• Coordinate marketing requirements and internal processes for smooth execution.
• Monitor campaign performance and market trends for continuous improvement.
• Handle special marketing projects as assigned.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing, events, or advertising (Real Estate or Retail preferred).
• Strong leadership, coordination, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Experience in Real Estate / Property Development is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns and drive results.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Cavite.
