About the Role
Your role involves designing and implementing community-focused CSR efforts, creating meaningful community events, building customer engagement strategies, and establishing partnerships that align with Caring Cup by The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf's values and objectives.
Responsibilities
CSR Strategy and Program Development
- Develop and lead CSR relevant programs under the Caring Cup banner, ensuring that they align with the core values of The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf and its community.
- Create an annual roadmap for CSR initiatives, outlining objectives, timelines, and resource needs.
- Regularly assess and refine CSR activities based on post-event reports and community feedback.
Community Event Planning and Execution
- Plan, organize, and oversee community engagement events that align with the brand, and resonate with the community's passions and interests.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth event logistics, impactful experiences, and positive attendee engagement.
- Collect feedback from communities and customers to continuously improve the relevance and appeal of Caring Cup efforts.
Customer and Community Engagement
- Implement strategies to build and strengthen customer loyalty through Caring Cup initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal brand teams to develop engagement activities for the brand's customers and drive awareness for Caring Cup.
CSR Partnerships and Collaborations
- Identify and establish partnerships with NGOs, community organizations, and social enterprises that align with Caring Cup's mission.
- Negotiate partnership agreements, develop joint initiatives, and manage relationships to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Serve as primary liaison between The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf and CSR partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment on objectives.
Brand Representation and Advocacy
- Act as the spokesperson for Caring Cup initiatives, representing the brand in community gatherings, media interviews, and partner events.
- Collaborate with internal brand teams to raise awareness of Caring Cup's impact through press releases, media pitches, and social media stories.
- Monitor industry trends and stay informed on CSR best practices to continually elevate Caring Cup's contributions and visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Required Skills
- 2-4 years in the marketing, CSR, community relations, PR and events, or a related field.
- F&B experience is preferred.
- Experience in event planning, community engagement, or CSR project management.
