As aDigital Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our marketing efforts.
You will report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with our Marketing Artists, Social Media Manager and Marketing Project Manager to coordinate campaigns, manage content, and deliver consistent, data-driven marketing initiatives that support our Sweepz brand, games brands and business goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performance Marketing & User Acquisition (UA)
- Campaign Management:Design, execute, and manage all paid ad campaigns across major platforms (Meta, Google, X, etc.).
- Budget Ownership:Monitor, adjust, and forecast the marketing budget to ensure maximum Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Optimization:Relentlessly A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, targeting parameters to lower Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
Analytics, Reporting & Strategy
- Data Collection:Compile campaign performance metrics, including social engagement, ad performance, and website analytics.
- Strategic Planning:Support the Head of Marketing in identifying trends and actionable insights to improve campaigns.
- Reporting:Maintain accurate records of campaign results for reporting and internal review.
Customer Retention Management
- Campaign Management:Design, execute, and manage broadcasts and automated email or push notification campaigns.
- Segmentation:Work closely with the data analytics team to analyze and fine tune customer segments to improve customer lifetime value (LTV).
- Optimization:Frequently A/B test CRM content, campaign structures to improve campaign performance
Channel & Platform Management
- Content Alignment:Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure all digital assets (trailers, key art, screenshots) are conversion-optimized and brand-consistent.
- Community Integration:
- Community Integration:Work closely with the Community Manager to leverage organic social buzz into paid media campaigns.
Cross-Department Collaboration
- Work with the Product games teams, Platform, Operations, and Customer Service teams to align marketing activities with business priorities.
- Support the launch of new game titles and features with coordinated marketing efforts across relevant channels.
- Proactively acquire information and assets from other product teams to improve your campaigns and posts
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, with a proven track record in performance marketing/user acquisition. Experience in supporting video games is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with major ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads,X.comAds) and basic email marketing tools.
- Familiar with customer retention management tools (hootsuite,customer.io, braze, etc.)
- Comfortable working with analytics dashboards (Google Analytics, social insights, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a strong attention to detail.
- Deeppassion and up to date knowledge of the gaming industry.
- Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with creative, technical, and business teams.
- Initiative & Ownership: Self-directed and proactive, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive social media strategy forward without needing step-by-step instructions.
