Job Description

Strategic Planning & Brand Management

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives and market dynamics.
  • Define and manage brand positioning to increase brand equity and customer perception.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and channels.

Integrated Marketing Campaigns

  • Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, broadcast, and experiential channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to optimize strategies and maximize return on investment (ROI)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all platforms.

Digital Marketing & Online Presence

  • Manage the company's online presence, including website content, SEO, social media, and online advertising.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and improve online performance and customer engagement.
  • Stay abreast of emerging digital marketing trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct through market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics.
  • Leverage insights to inform product development, positioning, and market strategies.
  • Monitor industry developments to identify new opportunities and potential threats.

Sales Collaboration & Support

  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals and customer engagement efforts.
  • Provide support to sales staff on marketing initiatives and product features.
  • Develop sales enablement tools and materials to facilitate customer acquisition and retention.

Budget Management

  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources across campaigns.
  • Monitor expenses and report on financial performance related to marketing initiatives.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without comprising campaign effectiveness.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead and mentor a team of creatives and marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and coaching.
  • Identify training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.
  • Bachelor's or Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience as Senior Manager.
  • 5 + years of progressive marketing experience , with a strong on Digital marketing, Above-The-Line (ATL) and Below-The Line (BTL) strategies, preferably in the automotive sector.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
  • Strong analytical, communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Competencies

  • Experience with Digital-first marketing strategies and tools.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and data analysis platforms
  • Strong understanding of the automotive industry's unique challenges and opportunities.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.
