Job SummaryWe are seeking a Marketing Manager (Individual Contributor) who will own and execute the company's digital marketing initiatives with a strong emphasis on SEO, web design, and content-driven strategies. This role is hands-on and responsible for implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility, optimize website performance, and generate qualified leads to support revenue growth.
Applicants must currently be residing in the Philippines.
The ideal candidate has proven expertise in SEO, digital marketing, and website management, along with strong creative and analytical skills. Experience with WordPress and HubSpot is essential, as well as the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams when needed.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing & SEO- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building activities.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
Website Management & Design- Manage and optimize the company website (WordPress) for performance, usability, and conversion.
- Design and update landing pages, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and user experience best practices.
- Collaborate with IT or external vendors for technical enhancements when necessary.
Content & Campaign Execution- Create and publish engaging content for blogs, social media, and email campaigns to drive audience engagement and lead generation.
- Execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) and monitor ROI.
- Manage HubSpot workflows, email automation, and CRM integration for marketing and sales alignment.
Analytics & Reporting- Track and report on marketing KPIs, including website traffic, lead conversions, and campaign performance.
- Use insights to optimize strategies and improve overall marketing effectiveness.
Skills & Requirements- 58 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on SEO, website management, and lead generation.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress and HubSpot (must-have).
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools: Google Analytics, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs), ad platforms, and email marketing systems.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles for web design.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Industry experience in BPO, outsourcing, or staffing is a plus.
