Qualifications & Requirements:

- Proven track record in developing and executing high-impact marketing strategies across multiple retail channels.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing, brand positioning, and consumer behavior.
- Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and marketing analytics tools.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to assess campaign effectiveness and implement data-driven improvements.
