Job Description

The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of high-impact marketing strategies that drive brand growth, consumer engagement, and sales performance across multiple retail channels, including e-commerce and brick-and-mortar stores. This role requires a big-picture thinker with a growth mindset who can inspire and lead teams, oversee multiple marketing functions, and drive innovation within the company's marketing and brand-building efforts.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum of seven (8) years of experience in marketing, brand management, or retail marketing, with at least three years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing high-impact marketing strategies across multiple retail channels.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing, brand positioning, and consumer behavior.
  • Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and marketing analytics tools.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to assess campaign effectiveness and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
