The Marketing Manager for Nono's is responsible for building a brand that is top-of-mind, emotionally resonant, and commercially effective, translating Nono's promise of comfort food with a twist into campaigns that drive both love and sales.
This role requires a balance of brand thinking, strong creative instincts, and sharp commercial execution, ensuring that every marketing effort, from a new cake launch to a seasonal campaign, creates impact across stores, digital platforms, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Building & Storytelling
- Champion and evolve the Nono's brand—ensuring it remains warm, modern, and relevant
- Lead the development of campaigns that reflect Nono's voice: comforting, familiar, but with a fresh point of view
- Translate menu, product, and bakery innovations into compelling stories customers connect with
2. Campaigns & Product Launches
- Plan and execute 360° campaigns for:
- Seasonal moments (holidays, occasions)
- New menu and cake launches
- Core product pushes (best-sellers, comfort classics)
- Ensure strong in-store and digital integration (store materials, operations alignment, social content, etc)
- Work with the Product Development & innovation team to position new dishes, cakes, and bakery items
- Ensure every launch has a strong story, reason-to-try, and visual appeal
- Balance hero products, classics, and newness in marketing plans
3. Driving Store Traffic & Sales
- Translate marketing plans into clear revenue-driving initiatives
- Ensure store-level execution supports campaign intent
- Work closely with operations to:
- Support underperforming stores
- Maximize peak seasons and key locations
4. Digital & Community Presence
- Oversee social media direction to ensure it reflects real, relatable, and crave-worthy content
- Strengthen Nono's digital presence as a go-to for everyday comfort and special moments
- Monitor engagement, customer feedback, and brand sentiment
5. Partnerships & Collaborations
- Identify and execute brand collaborations that feel natural to Nono's (lifestyle, family, everyday indulgence)
- Work with creators and communities that align with the brand's tone and audience
- Build partnerships that expand reach without diluting brand identity
6. Data & Performance Tracking
- Track campaign effectiveness and translate insights into actionable improvements
- Use data to balance brand-building with sales-driving initiatives
- Regularly report on performance, learnings, and opportunities
7. Team & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Manage, grow and mentor a team of officers
- Work closely with Product Development & Innovation, Operations, Supply Chain and other leadership teams to align marketing with product and experience
- Manage agencies and creatives to ensure high-quality output
- Be hands-on, from briefing to execution to store rollout

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management or a related field.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- 5–8+ years in marketing, ideally in F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
- Strong experience in both brand campaigns and on-ground execution
- Proven ability to translate creative ideas into business results
- Experience handling multi-branch or retail concepts is highly preferred
