The GTM Senior Manager is responsible for defining and executing go-to-market strategies to drive client acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion within the BPO space. This role bridges sales, recruitment, operations, and solutions teams to position the organization competitively across target industries and service lines.

Key Responsibilities
1. GTM Strategy & Market Expansion
· Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for key BPO offerings (e.g., Customer Experience, Back Office, IT/BPM services)
· Identify target markets, industries, and client segments
· Conduct competitive analysis and market intelligence to refine positioning
2. Sales Enablement & Pipeline Growth
· Partner with Sales/Business Development to build a strong pipeline
· Create value propositions, pitch decks, and solution narratives
· Support RFP/RFI responses, client presentations, and deal strategy
3. Solutioning & Cross-Functional Alignment
· Collaborate with Operations, Recruitment, and Workforce Planning to ensure solution feasibility
· Align hiring strategies with GTM priorities (volume hiring, niche roles, ramp timelines)
· Drive pricing and commercial strategy in partnership with finance
4. Client Acquisition & Partnerships
· Support strategic pursuits and large deal closures
· Build relationships with key stakeholders and partners
· Identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and new service offerings
5. Performance Tracking & Optimization
· Track GTM success metrics (pipeline conversion, win rates, revenue impact)
· Analyze campaign and deal performance to optimize strategy
· Provide regular executive reporting and insights
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
· 4-6+ years experience in BPO, BPM, or shared services environment
· Proven track record in GTM strategy, sales enablement, or business development
· Strong understanding of outsourcing lifecycle (recruitment, operations, delivery)
· Experience supporting large-scale ramp hiring and client transitions
