We are Looking for:
Marketing Manager that will lead the transformation of Radenta's marketing function from a creative execution team into a strategic demand generation engine. This role is responsible for brand positioning, lead generation, sales enablement, and establishing marketing as a measurable contributor to pipeline and revenue.

Responsibilities
A. Strategic Brand & Messaging
- Develop comprehensive brand narrative and messaging framework
- Create segment-specific value propositions for 5 target segments: Government, Enterprise, Healthcare, Education, SME
- Build competitive positioning guide with differentiation matrix against competitors
- Establish brand voice and messaging guidelines for all content production
B. Demand Generation & Lead Management
- Design and execute demand generation strategy to achieve annual target
- Implement lead scoring model and MQL-to-SQL handoff process with Sales team.
- Oversee HubSpot marketing automation deployment and campaign execution.
- Develop ABM strategy for target accounts in collaboration with Sales team.
- Achieve marketing-attributed pipeline contribution.
C. Content & Thought Leadership
- Direct content strategy including blog posts, video case studies, and written case studies
- Oversee production of 4 quarterly whitepapers (managing external writers/agencies)
- Develop sales enablement materials
- Coordinate executive thought leadership program (speaking engagements, bylined articles)
D. Events & External Engagement
- Lead content strategy for 2 CxO Roundtables (team handles logistics)
- Manage PR agency relationship to achieve 10 media mentions
- Drive brand recall improvement from outside in Government IT procurement
E. Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop 8-member marketing team with B2C backgrounds
- Conduct weekly 1-on-1s and ensure team completes required certifications
- Build playbooks and templates (ABM, case studies, battle cards) to enable team execution
- Drive cross-functional alignment with Sales and Pre-Sales team.
F. Marketing Operations & Analytics
- Manage annual marketing budget with monthly variance reporting
- Establish marketing dashboards and weekly reporting cadence
- Define and track KPIs: MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, cost per lead, conversion rates
- Coordinate with Finance department on HubSpot-Odoo integration
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- MBA or Master's degree is a plus but not required
Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in B2B technology or IT services
- Minimum 2 years of people management experience leading marketing teams of 3+ members
- Proven track record of developing and executing demand generation strategies that produced measurable MQL/SQL results
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot strongly preferred; Marketo, Pardot, or Eloqua)
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM systems
- Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies and execution
- Understanding of digital marketing channels: SEO, SEM, paid social, email marketing, content marketing
- Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing attribution and ROI measurement
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); Filipino language skills required
