About the Role
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and elevate our marketing efforts, expanding awareness of and generating high-quality leads for our client. This role requires strategic thinking with hands-on execution: you will create compelling content, run integrated campaigns, manage digital channels, and collaborate closely with leadership and business development teams.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute integrated marketing plans aligned with revenue goals
- Project management; balance strategy with day-to-day execution
- Analyze marketing performance and make data-driven decisions
- Work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple timelines
- Maintain brand consistency and elevate professional services branding
- Manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, paid, social [LinkedIn], SEO, website)
Competencies and Qualifications
Must-Have:
- 5 years and up of B2B marketing experience supporting professional services, consulting, finance, or SaaS companies
- Experience supporting thought leadership and professional branding initiatives
- Portfolio or examples of past campaigns/projects
- Strong communication - clear, concise, confident, and executive-friendly
- Experience managing a marketing team (designers, writers, PPC specialists)
- Proficiency with digital marketing and project management tools such as Zoho, Mailchimp, HubSpot (or similar CRM/automation), Google Analytics, LinkedIn ads
Nice-to-Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Familiarity with financial concepts
