Job Summary

The Marketing Manager for Retail is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing marketing strategies to promote retail products, increase brand awareness, and drive store traffic and sales. The role involves managing campaigns, coordinating with sales teams, and analyzing market trends to ensure effective marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns for retail stores.
  • Increase brand visibility and customer engagement across different marketing channels.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to support store promotions and product launches.
  • Manage advertising, promotions, and in-store marketing activities.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective strategies.
  • Work with graphic designers, suppliers, and agencies for marketing materials.
  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives such as social media and online promotions.
  • Prepare marketing reports and present results to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 35 years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail.
  • Strong knowledge of retail marketing strategies and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing tools.
