I.About Product Lead
The
Product Lead is a strategic visionary responsible for defining, driving, and executing the product roadmap to meet both user needs and business objectives. This role requires a blend of market intuition and analytical rigor to translate high-level goals into actionable product features and successful market launches. As a key guardian of the product's value proposition, the Product Lead ensures that every releasefrom minor updates to major innovationsreflects our commitment to quality, usability, and the company's long-term mission.
II.Key Duties & Accountabilities
- Full-Cycle Product Management: Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for a diverse portfolio of features, including research, requirements gathering, development oversight, and post-launch analysis.
- Strategic Roadmap Development: Implement specialized product strategies for Digital ecosystems (mobile apps, web platforms, API integrations) and physical or service-based touchpoints.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Marketing department heads to align development efforts with campaign goals, target demographics, and core technical requirements.
- Product Resource Management: Maintain an active product playbook of standardized documentation, user personas, and competitive intelligence for recurring use by the Development and Sales teams.
- Market Benchmarking: Stay updated on global industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor moves to ensure our product remains modern, relevant, and competitive.
- Stakeholder Facilitation: Lead product review sessions, present roadmaps to executive leadership, and coordinate with external partners or vendors to ensure delivery quality control.
- System Integration: Partner with the Data and Operations teams to ensure a seamless transition from Development to Live Product, including the optimization of performance metrics for various business requirements.
- Product Data Integrity: Ensure project management tools and product backlogs are updated in real-time to provide accurate tracking and version control for management reporting
III.Minimum Hiring Requirements
- Proven Experience: At least 35 years of professional product management experience, with a demonstrated portfolio showcasing successful product launches and growth (UX/UI focus, Agile, Scrum) excellence.
- Technical Literacy: Expert-level proficiency in Product Management software (Jira, Productboard, Confluence) and an understanding of technical concepts like software architecture, APIs, and data analytics.
- Strategic Mastery: Proficiency in advanced product framework methodologies, user journey mapping, and creative problem-solving methods beyond standard industry templates.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; ability to pivot communication styles to suit different professional and technical audiences.
- Presentation Skills: Strong ability to pitch product visions and explain the strategic reasoning behind feature prioritization effectively.
- Tools & Systems: Hands-on experience with project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, or Jira) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
