Lead strategy, digital, trade programs and a multi-million budget while acting as the single point of contact for the company's global principal. What you'll drive
- Own the funnel: strategy, brand, content and analytics for the Industrial, Commercial Vehicle, Marine and Passenger Vehicle markets (B2B-National and B2C-Mindanao)
- Principal SPOC: localize regional initiatives, manage DDF/co-op funds and deliver ROI reports.
- Digital & MarTech: HubSpot/D365, SEO/SEM, paid social, CRM nurture flows.
- Trade marketing: trade activations, POS, e-commerce promos across several channels
- Stage-gate PM: build charters, budgets and risk registers for every campaign.
What you bring
- 5 + years in marketing (812 yrs preferred) with 2 yrs leadership in B2B/B2C technical products.
- Track record in channel/trade-marketing, MarTech analytics and budget stewardship.
- Builder mind-set, data-curious and field-ready for quarterly VisMin trips.
- Degree in Marketing/Business/Engineering; MBA or digital-marketing diploma a plus.
