Job Description

The Marketing Manager is responsible for the planning, execution, and management of marketing initiatives for Facial Care Centre. She will serve as the Brand Champion, ensuring that Facial Care Centre is consistently positioned, well-represented, and aligned with overall business objectives.

She will directly report to the Senior Marketing Manager and requires close coordination with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver effective marketing programs that strengthen brand equity and support commercial performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Brand Management

  • Serve as the primary Brand Champion for Facial Care Centre ensuring consistent brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all marketing activities
  • Ensure all marketing materials and executions comply with established brand guidelines
  • Monitor brand performance, customer feedback, and market developments

Marketing Planning and Execution

  • Develop and implement annual and campaign-based marketing plans for Facial Care Centre aligned with business and sales objectives
  • Maintain and manage the Facial Care Centre marketing calendar, ensuring clear visibility of campaigns, launches, promos and key initiatives
  • Prepare and manage marketing briefs for internal teams and external agencies
  • Oversee end-to-end execution of campaigns, from planning to launch and post-campaign review
  • Ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives in accordance with approved plans including marketing collaterals deployed to operations, etc.

Sales, Performance, and ROI Tracking

  • Work closely with Senior Marketing Manager, Sales and Finance teams to track overall sales performance related to marketing initiatives
  • Monitor campaign KPIs, SOV, sales uplift, and return on investment (ROI)
  • Analyze performance data to assess effectiveness of marketing activities
  • Prepare regular performance updates, post-campaign evaluations, and post-mortem reports, including key learnings and recommendations

Stakeholder and Team Coordination

  • Coordinate closely with Operations, Finance, Digital, Creatives and other internal departments
  • Serve as the main marketing contact for all Facial Care Centre-related matters

Budget and Resource Management

  • Support marketing budget planning and ongoing cost monitoring
  • Ensure marketing spend is tracked, documented, and aligned with approved budgets
  • Identify opportunities to optimize spend while maintaining effectiveness

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 57 years of relevant marketing or brand management experience preferably in beauty, skincare, agency retail or FMCG
  • Experience in brand management, integrated marketing campaigns, and performance tracking
  • Working knowledge of sales analysis, ROI measurement, and marketing reporting
  • Experience managing agencies and coordinating cross-functional teams
  • Very strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
