Our U.S. client is seeking a Remote Growth Marketing Manager to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition while supporting the overall revenue engine. This role is fully hands-on, data-driven, and remote-first, designed to complement the work of a Remote Account Executive who manages the full sales cycle and early customer success.
You will own marketing initiatives that directly fuel the pipeline, improve conversion rates, and strengthen engagement across the customer journey. Your work will combine content marketing, SEO, performance marketing, lifecycle campaigns, and analytics to help the company grow efficiently in a distributed environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Inbound Lead Generation: Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel campaigns (organic + paid) to generate high-quality leads and support revenue targets
- SEO & Content Marketing: Own SEO strategy, keyword research, blog and website content, link-building, and conversion optimisation to drive organic traffic and capture leads
- Paid Marketing & Ads: Manage and optimise paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and other channels to maximise ROI
- Lifecycle Marketing: Design and implement email and nurture campaigns to improve activation, adoption, retention, and upsell opportunities
- Conversion Optimisation: Continuously optimise landing pages, website journeys, and forms to increase lead-to-opportunity conversion rates
- Collaboration with Sales & CS: Work closely with Account Executives and Customer Success to align messaging, create campaign assets, and accelerate the buyer journey
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyse, and report on all marketing KPIs, including traffic, leads, pipeline contribution, CAC, and ROI
- Experimentation: Run growth experiments to test new channels, messaging, and strategies; scale what works and iterate on underperforming initiatives
- Content & Collateral: Create sales and marketing content that supports demos, onboarding, and product education (blogs, ebooks, landing pages, webinars)
- Feedback Loop: Capture insights from sales and customers to inform content, campaigns, and product marketing efforts
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS growth or performance marketing roles
- Proven experience driving inbound and outbound lead generation in fully remote, distributed teams
- Strong SEO, content marketing, and paid acquisition experience
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRMs, and analytics platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with email marketing and lifecycle campaigns
- Data-driven mindset: ability to analyse performance, run A/B tests, and make decisions that directly impact growth
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for content creation, campaign execution, and remote collaboration
- Highly self-directed, organised, and comfortable working without close supervision
- Commercially minded with a clear understanding of marketing's impact on revenue, customer acquisition, and retention
