Job Description:
We are seeking a strategic and dedicated Growth Marketing Manager to enhance and lead Decasonic's brand reputation and visibility across the Web3 and AI investment landscape. This role will drive visibility for both the firm and our team members through integrated marketing campaigns, compelling content creation, and high-impact event activations through a lens of growth marketing. You will be responsible for building our brand presence across digital platforms while creating meaningful connections with founders, investors, and ecosystem partners. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of venture capital, emerging technologies, and community building, with a proven track record of growing brand awareness in fast-paced, innovation-driven environments. This role is open to candidates in Asia and the MENA region.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance firm and team member visibility across Web3, AI, and venture capital communities
- Analyze marketing performance data and generate actionable insights using quantitative methods including campaign attribution modeling, funnel analysis, A/B testing, and cohort analysis to continuously optimize ROI and growth metrics
- Create and manage high-quality content across multiple formats including blog posts, social media, newsletters, video content, and thought leadership pieces
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, podcasters, conference organizers, and ecosystem partners to secure speaking opportunities and media coverage
- Manage Decasonic's social media presence across LinkedIn, X, Threads and other emerging platforms with consistent brand voice and engagement
- Coordinate with investment and data team members to translate investment insights and portfolio updates into compelling marketing narratives
- Design and execute community engagement initiatives including founder meetups, investor dinner, Web3 Investor Day conference, and ecosystem partnerships
- Track and analyze marketing metrics including engagement rates, reach, event ROI, and brand sentiment to optimize campaigns
- Manage marketing calendar, budget allocation, and vendor relationships for events, content production, and promotional activities
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, brand marketing, or communications, preferably in venture capital, AI Web3, fintech, or technology sectors
- Demonstrated success in building brand awareness and thought leadership for investment firms, startups, or technology companies with proven ability to track and analyze quantitative metrics (engagement rates, conversion rates, ROI, audience growth) to inform strategy and optimize performance
- Strong understanding and passion of Web3, blockchain, AI, and emerging technology ecosystems with ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible narratives
- Proven track record of planning and executing successful event activations at industry conferences and community gatherings
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience creating content for diverse audiences and platforms
- Experience managing social media channels with demonstrated ability to grow engaged communities and drive meaningful interactions
- Self-starter mentality with ability to work independently, prioritize multiple projects, and execute with limited oversight
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Existing network within Web3, AI, or venture capital communities is preferred
- Experience with marketing analytics tools, social media management platforms, and content management systems
- Creative mindset with ability to identify emerging trends and platform opportunities for brand growth
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
