Job Description

Role Goals

  • Define the brand's market stance, pinpoint ideal customer groups, and craft outreach strategies tailored to various platforms and audience segments.
  • Oversee end-to-end deployment of marketing initiatives, utilizing internal resources and fostering cross-functional teamwork.
  • Translate market research, consumer behavior data, and industry trends into actionable strategies for outreach and brand growth.
  • Develop comprehensive performance reports across diverse digital channels, drawing meaningful insights to guide campaign direction and go-to-market approaches, complete with strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with digital advertising, and web experience teams to design and refine lead engagement frameworks.

Key Functions

  • Participate in the creation of strategic briefs and provide direction for content development in advertising, including visual and written material for digital, print, and multimedia use.
  • Develop and manage integrated marketing efforts that target every phase of the customer journey, ensuring consistency in voice and branding.
  • Handle updates and content across internal and external communication points, support event coordination, assist in budgeting, document workflows, and contribute to sales initiatives.
  • Use customer behavior insights and competitive intelligence to refine engagement approaches, boost conversion rates, and enhance lead qualification.
  • Assess the performance and ROI of current marketing efforts, identifying areas for enhancement through data analysis.
  • Deliver compelling presentations to both internal stakeholders and external partners, clearly outlining marketing visions, results, and investment plans.
