Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth by contributing to target setting and ensuring achievement of sales and marketing objectives.
  • Support product pricing, positioning, and strategy to meet revenue and profitability goals.
  • Lead the development and execution of marketing plans, launches, and promotional activities.
  • Monitor and guide Product and Territory Managers to ensure performance alignment and corrective actions when needed.
  • Support sales operations through preparation of quotations, tie-up proposals, agreements, and marketing materials.
  • Ensure effective product training, presentations, demonstrations, and CMEs for the sales team and customers.
  • Oversee inventory availability and turnover while coordinating with Supply Chain and Regulatory teams.
  • Coordinate with principals on sales, marketing, and product-related concerns.

Qualifications

  • College graduate of any Business, Medical, or Science Course, with Master's Degree is an advantage
  • With at least 2 years sales or marketing experience in In-Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) Industry
  • Professional license holder is a plus
