The
Marketing Manager and Product Owner shall primarily be responsible in ensuring the overall growth and profitability of the entire category through the development and implementation of long-term strategic marketing programs with the objective of building brand volume, market share and profit for all product lines.
Duties
- Responsible for proposing, developing and implementing marketing plans, pricing policies and recommending sales channels with the objective of ensuring that target volumes and revenues are achieved and even surpassed.
- Responsible for product promotion and works with other business partners to ensure the delivery of business results.
- Enters new markets and introduces new products by analyzing the industry and crafting strategies to leverage and expand the category.
- Prioritizes on key opportunities and strategies that have the biggest impact on the business.
- Coaches and mentors brand staff to develop their marketing competencies and ensure that the objectives and targets of the team are achieved.
Job Qualifications
- College graduate of any Bachelor of Science or arts degree preferably major in management, business, economics, marketing or other related fields
- With at least (5) years of experience in marketing in an FMCG company and with in-depth exposure to the various areas of marketing especially in promotions, business development and below the line activities.
- Experience in Sales is required.
- Strong background in Brand Financial Planning & Management
- Strong communications and operations management skills
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills Resourceful and able to provide solutions to different situations
- Must have handled an array of products.
