Overview

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager/Director to lead the marketing function for Philippines.

This role will be responsible for local market strategy, campaign execution, team leadership, and agency management. The successful candidate will act as the key marketing leader in Philippines and serve as the bridge between local market needs and global brand objectives.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities and has experience building brands in highly competitive consumer-facing industries.

Key Responsibilities

Market Leadership

  • Lead marketing initiatives and brand growth in Philippines.
  • Develop local marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify market opportunities, consumer trends, and competitive threats.
  • Act as the primary marketing representative for the Philippines market.

Campaign Management

  • Lead planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving brand, social, influencer, PR, partnerships, and performance marketing.
  • Ensure campaigns are localized effectively while maintaining brand consistency.

Team Management

Manage and develop the local marketing team, including:

  • Social Media Manager
  • PR & Consumer Insights Manager
  • Creative Designer

Set clear goals, monitor performance, and support professional development.

Agency Management

  • Manage relationships with local marketing agencies and external partners.
  • Evaluate agency performance and ensure delivery against objectives.
  • Optimize resource allocation and marketing effectiveness.

Consumer & Competitive Intelligence

  • Monitor consumer behavior and market developments.
  • Work closely with the PR & Consumer Insights Manager to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Translate market insights into actionable marketing strategies.

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate closely with HQ marketing, product, operations, and leadership teams.
  • Provide regular market updates and business recommendations.
  • Ensure alignment between local execution and regional objectives.

Requirements

Required

  • 6–10 years of marketing experience.
  • Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Experience managing teams and agencies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, influencer marketing, and brand building.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in consumer goods industry.
  • Experience launching or scaling consumer brands.
  • Familiarity with regulated industries.
