Description
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth. A key focus of this role will be creating and executing partner-focused marketing strategies to strengthen relationships with strategic partners and leverage their networks to expand market reach. The Marketing Manager will oversee all marketing activities, including partner marketing, digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy and Planning
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that integrates partner marketing initiatives.
- Identify key market trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to refine strategies.
- Set measurable goals for campaigns and evaluate their success, with a focus on partner-driven lead generation and co-marketing.
Partner Marketing and Collaboration
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, including Microsoft and other channel partners.
- Develop joint marketing plans with partners to promote offerings, leveraging co-branding and co-funded campaigns.
- Coordinate partner-focused events, webinars, and training sessions to engage partner networks.
- Provide partners with marketing materials, tools, and support to ensure consistent messaging and value proposition.
- Track and report on partner-driven marketing performance and ROI.
Brand Management
- Strengthen business brand presence across all channels, including through partner networks.
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding in all marketing materials and communications.
- Promotebusiness values and reputation as a trusted provider of Microsoft Dynamics business applications.
Digital Marketing
- Manage and optimize business website, SEO, and social media channels to enhance online visibility.
- Plan and execute targeted digital campaigns, incorporating partner co-marketing opportunities.
- Monitor and report on digital marketing KPIs such as click-through rates, conversions, and ROI.
Content Development
- Create and oversee the production of high-quality content, including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and videos, highlighting business expertise and partnership benefits.
- Develop tailored messaging for partner audiences and their customer segments.
- Collaborate with partners to produce joint content, such as success stories and solution overviews.
Lead Generation and Campaign Management
- Design and manage lead generation campaigns, with a focus on driving leads through partner channels.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives.
- Track campaign performance and recommend improvements for future initiatives.
Event Marketing and Management
- Organize and promote events, such as webinars, workshops, and conferences, to showcase business expertise and strengthen partner relationships.
- Support client-focused and partner-specific events to build trust and generate leads.
Analytics and Reporting
- Analyze marketing performance data and provide regular reports to the CEO and leadership team.
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Dynamics 365, and marketing automation platforms to track and improve marketing effectiveness, particularly in partner-driven initiatives.
Team Collaboration and Leadership
- Work closely with the Head of Sales and Relationships, COO, and other leadership roles to ensure marketing supports broader business and partner goals.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and marketing partners.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within a technology or consultancy setting.
- Proven experience in partner marketing, including building co-marketing plans and managing partner relationships.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and techniques.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of managing successful campaigns and driving measurable results.
- Can work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa.
