Job Description

As a Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible of the following:

Project Management & Cross-Brand Coordination

  • Manage simultaneous marketing projects across But First, Coffee, But First, Connect, DRYP, Cheat Day, LAX, and new concepts.
  • Create and maintain project timelines, task lists, and dependencies using Trello/Sheets
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Accounting, Supply Chain, HR, L&D) for aligned campaign rollouts.
  • Ensure all deliverables are submitted, approved, and executed on time.
  • Prepare weekly campaign trackers and marketing performance studies.

Content Creation & Social Media Execution

  • Plan, create, and publish content across all brand accounts.
  • Capture onsite content during store openings, events, shoots, and activations
  • Draft captions, story sequences, hoo ks, and TikTok concepts aligned with brand voice.
  • Assist in building content calendars for monthly and LTO campaigns
  • Coordinate with creators, videographers, and in-house talents.

Digital Advertising & Analytics

  • Run Facebook, Instagram, TikTok ads for brand awareness, conversions, store launches, and promos
  • Build A/B tests, audiences, lookalike segments, and retargeting strategies.
  • Monitor ad budgets, ROAS, CPM, CTR, and campaign KPIs.
  • Prepare weekly ad performance reports with insights and next steps.
  • Assist in basic website/landing page updates for campaigns.

Brand Expansion & Launch Support

  • Support rollouts of new Greater Ventures business units (new stores, new product lines, new brands).
  • Organize pre-launch teaser, PR seeding, and influencer dispatch.
  • Assist in planning and executing on-ground activations, franchise events, and corporate functions.
  • Prepare branding decks, marketing collaterals, and pitch materials as needed.

Coordinate with Creatives & External Partners

  • Prepare briefs for designers, editors, agencies, and suppliers.
  • Ensure branding guidelines are followed across collaterals.
  • Manage timelines for posters, menus, packaging, campaign visuals, and ads.
  • Work with KOLs, for submissions, content approval, and deliverables tracking.

Community Engagement & Brand Engagement

  • Monitor comments, inquiries, and engagements activities on all platforms.
  • Identify trending content formats and adapts executions for each brand.
  • Help build community initiatives via But First, Connect and Greater Ventures events.
