Job Description

Job Summary:

The Marketing Head is responsible for leading and executing the overall marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role oversees brand management, digital marketing, promotions, product launches, and local store marketing initiatives. The position plays a key role in strengthening market presence, increasing customer engagement, and supporting business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy and Brand Management

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Strengthen brand positioning, visibility, and competitiveness in the market.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Campaign Management and Execution

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize initiatives based on results.
  • Collaborate with operations to support store-level marketing activities.

Digital Marketing and Customer Engagement

  • Oversee digital marketing efforts including social media, online advertising, and delivery platforms.
  • Analyze customer insights and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Improve customer acquisition, retention, and overall brand engagement.

Sales and Business Support

  • Support revenue growth through effective marketing programs and promotions.
  • Work closely with operations, business development, and other departments.
  • Identify opportunities to increase market share and customer traffic.

Budget and Vendor Management

  • Manage marketing budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, suppliers, and partners.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and marketing ROI.

Leadership and Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team.
  • Ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with company objectives.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and accountability.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Experience:

  • Minimum of 7–10 years of marketing experience
  • At least 3–5 years in a leadership role
  • Experience in food service, restaurant, retail, or hospitality industry is preferred
