We're looking for a strategic and performance-driven Head of Marketing Operations to lead and scale our global marketing engine across acquisition, CRM, and player lifecycle. This role will play a critical part in driving revenue growth, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making in a highly competitive, regulated environment.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end marketing operations across user acquisition, affiliates, and CRM
- Drive performance at scale across paid media, affiliate networks, and partnerships
- Own attribution, tracking, and reporting across key metrics (CPA, ROAS, LTV, FTDs, NGR)
- Oversee lifecycle marketing strategy including onboarding, bonus optimization, VIP, and reactivation
- Manage and optimize the martech stack (MMP, CRM, CDP, automation, fraud & compliance tools)
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, BI, Risk, and Compliance to align growth with regulation
- Establish scalable processes, testing frameworks, and automation to improve efficiency
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing operations team
- Own and optimize player acquisition and retention strategies across digital platforms and physical foot traffic.
- Design and execute O2O campaigns that connect online gaming with real-world experiences and rewards.
- Navigate strict gambling advertising restrictions by leveraging alternative networks and innovative channels.
- Ensure all campaigns are PAGCOR-compliant, balancing creativity with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a ruthless analytical focus on Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and Lifetime Value (LTV).
- Collaborate with product, operations, and executive leadership to align growth strategies with business objectives.
- Continuously test, measure, and refine campaigns to maximize engagement, virality, and revenue conversion.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years in marketing operations, growth, or performance marketing (iGaming required)
- Proven track record managing large-scale acquisition budgets and affiliate ecosystems
- Strong understanding of player economics (FTDs, NGR, LTV, churn, bonus efficiency)
- Deep expertise in attribution, analytics, and marketing technology
- Experienced leader with the ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
