We are looking for a Marketing Executive to drive brand growth through data-driven strategies and modern technology. You will lead in terms of executing high-impact campaigns, manage large-scale events, and use AI tools to optimize marketing performance.
Responsibilities
- Strategy & AI: Develop end-to-end campaigns and integrate AI tools (generative AI & analytics) to improve content speed and consumer insights.
- Event Management: Lead the planning and on-site execution of brand activations and corporate events.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets with a strict focus on ROI, tracking metrics like CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and LTV (Lifetime Value).
- Campaign Execution: Oversee media-neutral ideas across digital, social, and traditional channels.
- Data Analysis: Monitor real-time campaign performance and customer feedback to pivot strategies for better sales results.
Qualifications
- Experience: 35 years in Marketing (ATL/BTL) with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in AI-driven marketing tools and CRM systems.
- Skills: Strong background in brand marketing and event management and budget accountability.
- Mindset: Analytical, creative, and able to translate data into clear business wins.
