Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Marketing Professional to spearhead Wrench's marketing and brand-building activities in the Philippines. The role will focus on developing awareness, generating qualified leads, and supporting the regional business development team through strategic campaigns, events, and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a local marketing strategy aligned with Wrench's SEA & Australia regional goals.
Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns LinkedIn, email, and content marketing to generate qualified leads.
Coordinate industry events, trade shows, and conferences, including booth design, branding, and customer engagement.
Build and maintain a strong database of potential clients (EPCs, contractors, consultants, project owners).
Work closely with the sales team to design lead-nurturing programs and support proposal preparation with case studies, presentations, and collateral.
Localize global marketing content (brochures, case studies, whitepapers) to the Philippine market context.
Manage PR activities and build relationships with local industry associations and media outlets.
Track and report marketing KPIs leads, conversions, event ROI, and campaign performance.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Engineering.
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in technology, construction, or engineering software domains like Oracle (Aconex) , Procore, blue beam etc.
Proven success in digital marketing, lead generation, and event management.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager is an advantage.
