Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan, oversee, and measure email marketing campaigns, nurture sequences, and performance metrics.
- Lead the planning and execution of events, partnerships, and co-marketing initiatives.
- Oversee content creation and campaign messaging, ensuring materials are clear, relevant, and aligned with brand positioning.
- Collaborate with other departments to align marketing activities with business objectives.
- Monitor analytics, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and recommend data-driven improvements.
Expectations
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Management.
- 46 years of progressive experience in marketing or communications, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing campaigns, events, and partnerships.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Working knowledge of CRM and email marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot).
