Upsightis looking for a dependable and creative Marketing Executive to support our digitaland offlinemarketing, content creation,lead generation, analytics, and campaign execution acrossUpsightand our flagship EV ecosystem,ChargedUp.

Main Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and develop marketing strategies for events, programmes, and partnerships
- Plan, execute, and optimise cross-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, digital, offline)
- Manage and track marketing budgets for assigned campaigns
- Produce visual, written, and video content for websites, social media, newsletters, brochures, decks, press materials, and marketing collaterals
- Support PR activities, including research for media outreach and drafting press-related materials
- Maintain and optimise CRM datasets, including segmentation, tagging, automation flows, and data quality, as well as manage reporting dashboards and funnels
- Evaluate campaign performance and analyse marketing metrics to improve targeting, customer journeys, and overall campaign results
- Develop and execute lead-generation strategies, including sourcing and building new data lists to support pipeline growth.
- Build andmaintainrelationships with ecosystem partners, media, and industry stakeholders
Who Should Apply
- Degree or diploma in marketing, communications, or related disciplines
- 12 years experience in digital marketing, content creation,or campaign execution (fresh graduateswith strong portfolios welcome)
- Strong English writing and communication skills
- Creative thinker with an analytical mindset
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Canva, and ideally familiar withCapCut,Hubspot, Google Analytics
- Basic video editing skills, CMS management, ordata visualisations tools would be an advantage
