Build and improve the company's marketing system based on company strategies and goals, and formulate annual marketing goals and plans, including but not limited to brand and service promotion and resource coordination.
Coordinate integrated online and offline communications across all channels, including social media, content marketing, PR, KOLs, and public relations events. Regularly produce PR news and other publicity, and promptly handle public relations events.
Conduct competitive research, monitor market trends, and regularly produce market research reports.
Coordinate cross-departmental resources to ensure close collaboration between the marketing department and product/sales/design teams to align marketing goals with business objectives.
Qualifications
Filipino Chinese with overseas study or work experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree or higher with a background in marketing-related fields.
5+ years of professional experience; proficiency in at least one marketing sector, such as PR/KOL/social media/content is preferred.
Proficiency in market analysis, brand strategy, and advertising placement, with familiarity with market characteristics and trends.
