Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Executive with strong Public Relations (PR) and Digital Marketing background to handle the overall marketing and branding operations of La Theoz Group.

This role will lead campaigns, manage content creation, maintain brand consistency, and ensure the company and its leaders are represented powerfully in public, digital, and media spaces.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Brand Management

  • Develop and implement marketing plans and content calendars across all La Theoz brands.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Operations Team for project and listing promotions.
  • Manage all official social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Plan and execute digital ads and campaigns (Meta Ads / TikTok Ads / Google Ads).
  • Supervise designers, editors, and content creators to ensure timely, high-quality outputs.
  • Maintain consistent brand image, tone, and style across all visuals and posts.

Public Relations (PR) & Corporate Communication

  • Represent La Theoz in external communications, events, and partnerships.
  • Draft press releases, event invitations, and CEO talking points.
  • Manage media relations, brand collaborations, and sponsorships.
  • Build strategic relationships with developers, industry partners, and influencers.
  • Handle reputation management and online public feedback with professionalism.

Events & Promotions

  • Plan and organize recruitment events, open houses, and property showcases.
  • Coordinate suppliers, logistics, and on-site execution.
  • Oversee content coverage, photo/video documentation, and post-event publicity.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Monitor social media engagement, ad performance, and lead generation.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Track marketing budgets, expenses, and ROI.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related fields (preferred).
  • At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, branding, or PR.
  • Proficient in Canva Pro, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills (English & Tagalog).
  • Creative, organized, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
