Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, organize, and maintain datasets from various sources
  • Clean and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Use Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) to analyze data
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards for internal teams
  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data
  • Support business or operations teams with data-related requests
  • Document processes and maintain data records
  • Collaborate with team members to improve data workflows

Qualifications

  • College graduate
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, IT, Mathematics, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Basic knowledge of data analysis concepts
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle large volumes of data

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Google Sheets, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau
  • Familiarity with data visualization
  • Basic understanding of databases
