Role Description
The Marketing Coordinator will oversee the execution of marketing strategies to drive engagement and business growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and organizing events, developing written communication and marketing materials, managing projects, and collaborating across teams to support sales initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Sales, and Project Coordinator to provide project management support for strategies, campaigns, and programs.
- Write and edit various communication materials, such as media releases, editorials, blog posts, and internal/external news items.
- Conduct proofreading and editing for blogs, white papers, case studies, and other materials to align with key messages and brand voice.
- Assist in managing digital channels, including social media platforms, the company blog, podcasts, and the website.
- Contribute to the design and production of digital assets using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or other design platforms.
- Conduct desktop research to support marketing strategies and campaign development.
- Perform regular reporting and analysis on campaign performance, providing insights and updates to key stakeholders.
- Create and edit presentations, ensuring consistent branding, messaging, and layout.
- Organize content strategically to fit multiple formats, including decks, fact sheets, and blog posts.
- Maintain and update quarterly documents, reports, and recurring marketing collateral.
- Support process improvements within the marketing team and undertake media monitoring tasks.
- Handle administrative tasks such as creating forms, organizing files, and monitoring project milestones.
- Perform additional tasks and duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Writing skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively
- Experience in Marketing and Event Planning, with a focus on promotional activities and brand representation
- Proficiency in Project Management, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to challenges
- Knowledge of marketing tools and platforms is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Previous experience in marketing or a related role is preferred
