Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Engineering Team Leader, based in Taguig, Metro Manila. The Engineering Team Leader will oversee and manage engineering projects, lead and mentor a team, ensure efficient project execution, and engage in hands-on software development and automation practices. The role requires ensuring operational efficiency, meeting deadlines, and maintaining adherence to quality standards and technical best practices. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders will also be a key component of this position.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Team Leadership and Engineering Management to lead, guide, and motivate engineering team members effectively
- Strong skills in Software Development, including experience with modern engineering methodologies and technology stacks
- Proficiency in Project Management and the ability to oversee project timelines, resources, and deliverables
- Experience in implementing and managing Automation processes and tools to enhance operational efficiency
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster collaboration across teams
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is preferred
- Experience in the hospitality industry or building maintenance environments is an added advantage
