Responsibility
The ideal candidate will be responsible for strengthening client relationships, identifying business opportunities, expanding networks, and managing the tendering and bidding process.
Duties And Responsibilities
・Enhance business ventures and expand the company's network.
・Generate project leads and identify business opportunities.
・Develop and implement plans focusing on target projects.
・Conduct thorough and accurate market research.
・Propose target sectors and business fields to management.
・Build and deepen strong relationships with existing clients and partners.
A bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture is an advantage.
With at least relevant experience in Business Development.
With experience in the relevant industry (Private projects such as factory construction, etc.)
Possesses a pleasing personality and the ability to adapt to different cultures.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and networking skills.
Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office and other software applications.
Strong knowledge of business growth strategies, client engagement, and network expansion.
Exceptional project management skills.
Knowledgeable and experienced in tender and bidding processes.
Demonstrates enthusiasm for the company and its growth potential.
