We're looking for a
Marketing Coordinator to support our
Marketing Director and help keep our
Brand, Digital, and eCommerce teams connected, on track, and executing efficiently.
In this role, you will be the central coordination point across marketing functions, ensuring campaigns, launches, and key initiatives are well-managed from planning to execution.
What You'll Do
- Manage the Marketing Director's calendar, priorities, and meeting coordination
- Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials
- Maintain the master marketing calendar across channels and markets
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across teams
- Track projects, updates, and progress, and flag risks or delays early
- Facilitate communication across stakeholders and support issue resolution
- Assist with budget tracking, purchase orders, and campaign/event logistics
- Maintain organised documentation and shared marketing resources
What We're Looking For
- 24 years of experience in coordination, project management, or executive support roles
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capability
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or Trello
Preferred
- Experience working with Brand, Digital, and eCommerce teams
- Familiarity with marketing workflows and campaign processes
- Experience in FMCG or other fast-paced environments
