What You'll Do
- Support the management and optimization of digital channels including websites, listings, and third-party platforms.
- Coordinate and develop marketing content across email, social media, and web to ensure consistent and engaging brand presence.
- Assist in executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and on-site channels.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and email, providing insights and recommendations.
- Prepare regular marketing reports, database management, tracking key metrics including lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Operations, and Development to align marketing initiatives with business priorities.
- Coordinate production of marketing collateral including brochures, signage, and sales materials.
- Manage timelines, assets, and stakeholder coordination to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within scope.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and campaign effectiveness.
Key Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or any related field.
- At least four years experience in a similar marketing coordination role in an international/global setting is a must.
- Experience in digital marketing including social media, email campaigns, and website content management.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, Asana, and design tools such as Canva.
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics with experience tracking campaign performance and reporting on key metrics.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
Work setup:
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6 am – 3 pm PHT) with a hybrid set up of 1x onsite per month.
