Own Your Mark works closely with multiple clients simultaneously and produces regular marketing and content materials tailored to each business.
The successful candidate will work directly with the founder as a
key support partner, helping prepare content, organise marketing assets, and ensure projects run smoothly across multiple clients.
Role Overview
We are seeking a
Marketing & Content Operations Coordinator who is highly organised, proactive, and comfortable handling both marketing and administrative responsibilities.
This is an
all-rounder support role responsible for assisting with marketing production, content preparation, document formatting, and operational coordination.
The role will support the founder in executing marketing initiatives and managing multiple client projects.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Marketing Production
- Perform basic video editing for short-form content
- Create simple graphics using Canva
- Prepare social media posts and marketing materials
- Format articles, captions, and marketing documents
- Prepare presentation decks and marketing collateral
- Organise content libraries and digital assets
Marketing Operations Support
- Prepare content for publishing across platforms
- Assist in the creation and distribution of email newsletters
- Update website content and marketing materials
- Maintain marketing templates and file systems
- Support campaign preparation and execution
Administrative & Coordination Support
- Format documents, proposals, and client materials
- Manage digital files, folders, and document organisation
- Track tasks, timelines, and deadlines
- Assist with CRM updates and database management
- Support internal workflow organisation and project coordination
Software & Tools
The candidate should be comfortable learning and working with the following tools:
- Canva
- Descript (video editing)
- Google Workspace
- Notion
- Dubsado (CRM)
Experience with marketing or content tools is beneficial but
not required, provided the candidate is quick to learn.

Working Arrangement
- Location: Work From Home (Philippines)
- Schedule: 5 days per week
- Hours: 7.5 hours per day
- Start Time: Flexible start between 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM (Philippines Time)
