Supports loan officers and branches by producing high-impact marketing assets that generate leads, reinforce brand identity, and elevate the client experience. It combines graphic design, video production, content creation, and marketing coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver custom flyers for open houses, events, loan products, and agent partnerships.
- Develop branded templates for listing sheets, pre-approval packages, and team presentations.
- Ensure all materials meet compliance and brand standards.
- Edit short- and long-form videos for social media, agent updates, explainers, and recruiting campaigns.
- Create engaging video assets, including thumbnails, lower-thirds, and motion graphics.
- Support script development and formatting to maximize video retention and engagement.
- Customize co-branded marketing materials for agent partners.
- Maintain and update rate sheets, loan product flyers, and client education resources.
- Assist with social media calendars, reels, and captions for loan officers and team members.
- Produce marketing collateral for webinars, lunch-and-learns, community events, and builder partnerships.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns for new product launches and milestone initiatives (e.g., Non-QM rollouts, VA campaigns).
Key Requirements
- Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn).
- Proven video editing experience across Reels, Shorts, and YouTube.
- Mortgage or real estate marketing experience preferred, but not required.
