Job Title: Marketing Content & Design Specialist (Global Content & BD Support)

About The Role
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Marketing Content & Design Specialist to support our global marketing team across a wide range of content development and visual communication needs. A key early priority will be contributing to the creation of a centralized, consistent global case study bank, transforming fragmented, regionally produced content into polished, engaging storytelling assets.
Over time, this role will also support the development of broader BD, bids, and digital marketing content, including capability materials, pitch decks, visual templates, and website copy. This position requires exceptional written English, strong visual/design instincts, confidence using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to accelerate content development, and an understanding of digital marketing best practices. You will play a key role in elevating how we present our success stories, capabilities, and brand across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Case Study Content Development (Initial Priority)
- Support the production of a high-quality, standardized case study library using an approved global structure and tone.
- Rewrite and refine regional case studies to ensure consistency, clarity, and storytelling impact.
- Work with internal teams to collect inputs, validate details, and manage approvals.
- Use AI-assisted workflows (prompts, templates, tone guidelines) to accelerate drafting while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Help organize and maintain the centralized case study repository, ensuring materials are easy to find and use.
- Business Development & Sales Enablement Materials
- Support the creation of BD collateral including capability statements, service overviews, pitch content, and client-facing documents.
- Provide ad hoc support for bids and proposals, aligned to approved messaging and style.
- Adapt written materials into branded visual formats that are easy for BD and commercial teams to use.
- Digital Content & Website Support
- Assist in writing and refreshing website content with clarity, consistency, and strong SEO performance.
- Support the creation of content for social media, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.
- Work with marketing colleagues to ensure the case study bank feeds into digital channels consistently and impactful.
- Visual Design & Presentation Support
- Create and refine visual assets, including:
- Graphics and icons
- Process diagrams
- Data visualizations
- Slide decks and PowerPoint presentations
- Simple marketing visuals for social and web
- Work within existing brand guidelines to ensure all contentwritten and visualis on-brand.
- Adapt content into branded templates (e.g., Canva, Adobe, PowerPoint) suitable for internal or client-facing use.
- Collaborate with marketing team members to elevate the storytelling impact of visual materials.
- Content Workflow, Process & AI Support
- Support smooth content workflows, including drafting, editing, formatting, version control, and final delivery.
- Maintain organized content folders and libraries so global teams can easily access approved materials.
- Use AI tools to support drafting, rewriting, and formatting tasks following established prompts and guidelines.
Requirements
Skills & Experience Required
Essential:
- Exceptional written English, demonstrated through high-quality content.
- Proven experience producing clear, structured content in a B2B setting.
- Ability to create and refine visual assets and presentations (Canva, PPT).
- Confidence using AI content tools to support writing and formatting actions.
- Strong understanding of digital content fundamentals, including SEO-friendly writing.
- Ability to interpret complex information and turn it into engaging, polished copy and visuals.
- Highly organized, detail-focused, able to support multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred / Nice to Have:
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent design tools.
- Familiarity with website CMS platforms.
- Understanding of B2B marketing in professional services, recruitment, energy, tech, or similar sectors.
- Experience supporting geographically dispersed teams.
